A message every adult should read because children are watching and there are doing what you do, not what you say. Besides, even in yoga "an ounce of practice is worth more than seven kilograms theory", as affirmed by Swami Sivananda.
When you thought you were not looking , I saw you hang my first picture on the fridge, and I immediately wanted to paint another one.
When you thought you were not looking , I saw you feed a cat lost and I've learned that you should be kind to animals.
When you thought you were not looking, I saw you do for me my favorite dessert and I learned that little things can be the special things in life.
When you thought you were not looking , I heard him say a prayer and I realized that there is a God to whom I can always talk and I learned to trust God
When you thought you were not looking , I saw you prepare a meal and bring it to a friend who was sick, and I learned that we all need help and take care of each others.
When you thought you were not looking , I saw you give your time and your money to help those who had nothing and I learned that those who have something should give it to those who do not has none.
When you thought you were not looking, I saw you take care of our house and everyone in it and I have learned that we must take care of things that have been donated.
When you thought you were not looking , I saw how you were doing load of your responsibilities, even when you did not feel well and I learned that I should be responsible when I grow up.
When you thought you were not looking , I saw tears fall from your eyes and I learned that sometimes things hurt us, but it's ok to cry.
When you thought you were not looking , I saw that you cared and I wanted you to be everything I could be.
When you thought you were not watching , I learned most of life lessons that I need to know to be a good and productive person when I grow up.
When you thought you were not looking , I looked at you and wanted to say, " Thanks for all the things I saw when you thought that I was watching .
