Benefits of yoga during pregnancy

Research conducted in the nineties has been further highlighted and "rediscovered" the concept of uterine environment suggesting that the quality of life in 'uterus determines part of our future prosperity.
E 'is therefore very important influence in a positive emotional state of pregnant women because they in turn can influence the development and growth of the newborn.

Given that the only true guide is our body, yoga is like a gentle approach and adaptable to various needs of pregnancy. This discipline not only helps maintain the health and welfare but also to give peace and freedom in the body, heart and mind of the woman and small child she was carrying.


Compared to most other physical activity, yoga
  • · is indicated from the very beginning of their pregnancy if they are well practiced has no contraindications.
  • · provides a lack of effort and the search for balance (it reduces the production of lactic acid and the onset of cramps and excessive increases in body temperature which may be harmful to the child).
  • · rid the body of tension and fighting the build up of stress.
