Series pure minimalism that like so much around here segnalo yeepee , a French duo (emmanuel from Toulouse and Joan) who, after a demo of 2003 and a later ep, has recently released an album of 11 songs titled shoganai lp, available from September to Ohayo rec. the couple has already shared the stage with Matt Elliott and our own morose. File under: Yo La Tengo, papa m, Mojave 3. already passed in our country in the north west last year, the band has just finished his mini tour in the north east (Venice / Treviso / Trieste). myspace here.
-I'm finishing up the book collection Lester Bangs. ultimamamente unfortunately I sleep so I can never finish the piece in which the critic fabulous tour following the clash in telling a lot of delicious anecdotes. lester strange, reading it will send an incredible desire to listen music until late at night. seems to have quite a few sacred cows disdained as led zeppelin, beatles, david bowie, james taylor or cream, worshiping the morbidity to the velvet underground, lou reed (although it seems you hate amicably) and, finally, the clash (we already just saw eh!). his views on other groups is not clear, I think the Rolling Stones or Stooges, but the second I admire their ignorance, the rough shape of the track combined with a near-inability to hold a tool in his hand.

ps: ah, it reminds me of fabio annie hall, which yeepee, who played with them in recent uglydogs camp, also write reviews of two Web zine French: indietronica and foutraque . emmanuel wrote transposed the last ep of cute annie hall, calling it a nientemeneo that plaisir pour les oreilles. I had to throw down two rows on sodapop too well on this blog, if it had not gone ahead of schedule. is now in heavy rotation in the apartment of elia and his roommate.
